The Southeast Alaska GIS Library and partners received a Special Achievement in GIS (SAG) award at the 2011 Esri International User Conference for their collaborative work on Southeast Alaska Hydrography Database (SEAK Hydro).
Esri have released a collection of Landsat image services and a change detection viewer which make accessing Landsat imagery quick and easy.
This 2-day workshop was sponsored by the Alaska Coastal Rainforest Center & the Southeast Alaska GIS Library, and supported by the Wilburforce Foundation. It took place at UAS on February 16-17, 2011.
